Jana has 25 years of experience helping clients gain knowledge and understanding of the benefits they have available through their state and employer pension plans. Most recently she served as the Retirement Services Coordinator for the Houston Independent School District (HISD), where she counseled retirees on the transition from educator to retiree.

Prior to her service at HISD, she worked for the Teacher Retirement System of Texas, where she had the opportunity to provide educational seminars to potential retirees all across the state. She currently holds NASD 6 and 63 securities registrations and has life and health insurance licenses in Texas.
